Facade Redesign and Second-Floor Terrace Addition - Cocoplum

Facades are an integral part of the built environment, shaping how a building relates to and distinguishes itself from its surroundings. This project focused on understanding the architectural context to redesign the facade of a property in Cocoplum, ensuring harmony with its environment while enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

The design also included the addition of a second-floor terrace, seamlessly connecting the master bedroom to a grand outdoor space. This transformation redefined the character of the master suite, extending its experience beyond the interior and creating a flowing connection with the outdoors. 

The project further integrated the landscape, hardscape, and property wall, all designed to complement and emphasize the port de cochère, enhancing the overall elegance and functionality of the property.
