A Collaboration with KGD Interiors: Redefining Luxury Living Through Comprehensive Design and Construction

In collaboration with KGD Interiors, the scope of construction involved a full remodeling of the house.

This included repairing the underground concrete joists and fixing damaged wood joists, as well as installing new wood flooring throughout. All bathrooms were fully renovated,featuring luxury upgrades such as body jets, and the kitchen was completely remodeled. New mechanical systems, including units and ductwork, were installed alongside upgraded electrical systems with low-voltage integrations. 

The project also encompassed landscaping, indoor and outdoor tile installations, and the construction of a new pool deck. Additionally, the preparation of permit drawings was part of our responsibilities, ensuring the project met all regulatory requirements."
