Blending Luxury, Functionality, and Breathtaking Design

In collaboration with KGD Interiors, this project involved a complete transformation of a waterfront home, blending structural improvements with luxurious design enhancements. The scope included extensive structural repairs, such as addressing underground concrete joists and damaged wood joists, alongside the installation of new wood flooring throughout the home.

All bathrooms were fully renovated, featuring luxury upgrades such as body jets, and the kitchen was entirely remodeled with new high-end appliances and custom millwork. The lighting, mechanical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems were replaced and upgraded to modern standards, including concealed speakers and architectural slot registers for a seamless aesthetic.

Attention to detail was paramount, with walls and baseboards designed to be perfectly flush, creating a sleek and cohesive look throughout the home. Mirrors, finishes, and other design elements were thoughtfully selected to enhance the sense of luxury and sophistication.

Beyond the interiors, the project also included landscaping, indoor and outdoor tile installations, and the construction of a custom pool deck. Permit drawings were prepared to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. These efforts reflect just a portion of the meticulous work undertaken to transform this property into a harmonious, high-end living space.
